I have a custom order. Can Ninja Creative manage unique requests?Absolutely! This is what we do exceptionally well. In fact, we have had unique requests for things such as translation services or unique product descriptions. Give us a call to discuss your needs and we are happy to help!
How long does it take to receive my final project?Given our long term relationship with many writers, we can connect you to an expert for your needs and get busy on your project. Most orders are completed very quickly but it does depend on the quantity and complexity of your needs.
What is I need changes to my project?We provide unlimited revisions within 10 days from completion of your order. You will need to go to Customer Dashboard and request revisions to notify us of your needs.
What format does my order come back to me in?Need to update
Are there any limitations in terms of number of types of orders that Ninja Creative can handle?We consider our core competitive advantage as the ability to take on any customer request-no matter how small or large the need. Take a look at our services offerings under What We Do to learn more.
What are your qualifications of your writers?All of our writers hold degrees in English, Communication or Education with many who have Master’s or PhD’s. We have an extensive assessment process of all new writers, which includes evaluating their resume/CV for past work history that would align to our work.
Are your writers native English speaking?Yes, all of our writers are native English speaking -meaning English is the primary language. Our writers reside in the United States and United Kingdom.
How do you ensure that the content is original content?As part of our commitment to our customers, we ensure 100% original content. For each completed customer project, we process the content through CopyScape, which is an online plagiarism checker.
What forms of payment do you accept?We accept PayPa and Stripe.
Once I place an order, when do I pay?All orders are paid for when the order is placed.
Who owns the copywrite of an order?Once the order is approved in your Customer Dashboard, all copy write ownership is transferred over to the customer.
How do you evaluate the capabilities of your writers?Writers who are interested in working with Ninja Creative are asked to submit writing samples and their resume/CV. We give a potential Ninja Creative writer a test project and then evaluate for quality of content, originality, SEO utilization and timeliness. Ongoing evaluation of our writers is part of our culture of Delighting Customers.
Will I be working with the writer directly?Part of our value to the customer is to create a simple process that ensures that you have the highest level of return on your time invested. With this in mind, we do the tactical work through leveraging highly competent Account and Project Managers who work diligently to understand your needs and then work directly with the writer to ensure that the final product meets your specifications.
How Do I Place An Order?Ordering at Ninja Creative is Easy! Just click on Place An Order button off of the Home Page and complete the online form. One of our Account Managers will contact you within 24 hours to review the request.
Once I place an order, how do I best communicate with Ninja Creative?Each customer will be given a unique login to our customer dashboard. Within the dashboard, you will be able to review your order, request changes and send approval of the final project.
